The aerosol can components are the key sealing parts of the aerosol tin can. They are usually stamped from tinplate and must meet the requirements of high-pressure sealing, corrosion and safety. Our yearly capacity for aerosol can component are 600 million sets, which are not only used by our factory, but also supplied to other can factories and exported abroad. Normally the process of stamping is divided into 4 step, blanking, drawing, flanging and valve cup forming, and the punching speed is 200-600 times/minute.
